NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING:
All NEW ZEALAND orders are sent via Australia Post and will be charged a flat rate of $25 for standard delivery. Please see below table for more information.

RETURNS:
We offer full refunds (exc. shipping) on full priced items, within 14 days from the delivery date.
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.
Discounted items or items purchased with a discount code (excluding referrals) are only eligible for store credit.

Upon dispatch, we'll send a tracking link to your specified email, allowing you to monitor your order's journey.
Note: For orders with multiple items, be aware they might arrive in separate shipments, as indicated by multiple shipping confirmation emails.
- Australia & New Zealand Deliveries: All orders are sent via Australia Post.
We ship all our orders with Australia Express Post.
AUSTRALIA:
Prices and transactions on our Australian Online Store are in AUD. For domestic shipments, GST is included at checkout.
NEW ZEALAND:
No taxes and duties are incurred when the shipment is less than $1000; however, if the amount exceeds $1000, you will need to cover any applicable taxes and duties on delivery.
On rare occasions, our Online Store's stock levels might not reflect real-time availability, leading to potential unavailability at purchase. Should this affect your order, we'll inform you promptly via email, offering alternative options or a refund.
For any changes to your order, including address corrections or size adjustments, please reach out to us at info@megzigael.com without delay. While we strive to accommodate changes, MEGZI GAEL cannot assume responsibility for errors made during order entry. Our Returns policy remains at your disposal for any corrections needed post-dispatch. Note, rejected shipments may incur additional fees or being canceled.
