THE ONLINE POLICY & PROCESS
- We accept returns within a 14-day window from the delivery date for a refund. Returns attempted beyond this timeframe will not be honored.
- For those looking to replace an item or alter its size, we recommend opting for a refund, after which you may proceed to purchase the desired item.
- A valid proof of purchase is mandatory for processing returns. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached. This includes the item being free from alterations, wear, or washes.
- The item must not have been featured in any photography, social media posts, or used in any commercial or personal capacity.
- All original packaging received with your order must be included in the return.
- Gift cards are non-returnable but are valid for 36 months from the issue date.
- We reserve the right to decline a return if the item being returned was initially purchased using a credit note.
For returns within Australia, we provide a prepaid returns label; however, return postage costs and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note that returns from New Zealand are not covered, and the return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Our returns are hassle-free and free of charge through Australia Post.
Here's how you can easily return your items:
- Submit a Return Request:
- Begin the return process here. Completion of this step is necessary for timely refund processing.
- Once your request is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with return details and a prepaid Australia Post return label.
2. Prepare Your Package:
- Securely package your items for return.
- Affix the prepaid Australia Post shipping label to the outside of your package.
3. Return your item(s)
- Drop off the package at any Australia Post location. The prepaid label covers all costs, so you will incur no additional fees.
Using an Alternative Courier:
- If you prefer to use a courier service other than Australia Post, you may do so at your own expense and risk. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or additional costs incurred with an alternative service.
Return Processing Time:
- We aim to process returns within 5 business days of receiving your items.
Service Availability:
- This complimentary returns service is exclusively available within Australia and must be completed through Australia Post.
Once we receive your returned items, we'll check their condition. If your return meets our criteria, we'll either give you a store credit or refund the purchase price (but not the shipping costs) using the payment method you originally used. We'll email you when your return is processed, usually within 5 business days.
